Pride Program
The PRIDE program is an alternate education program servicing students in grades ninth through twelfth. PRIDE offers pertinent supports to assist in appropriate behavioral and emotional regulation of our students.

As high school is a vital part of a child’s life, PRIDE understands the importance of an educational setting within the least restrictive environment. This program is within the Bloomfield High School building, allowing students to maintain their already established friendships, make new connections, and attend school with their peers.

PRIDE provides therapeutic support with goal-oriented strategies, behavioral techniques, and cognitive restructuring. This program assists in the reinforcement of positive communication skills, social etiquette, interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship building, and academic success. Through behavior management, progress monitoring, therapeutic components, and motivational strategies, the students in this program gain a sense of competence, belongingness, and PRIDE.
